The hotel has a convenient location, near the city center and university campus. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from in the pedestrian streets, and the staff is helpful in recommending them. the hotel has attention to greenery, with a small balcony and peaceful rooms.
The breakfast is described as simple, so don't expect a great variety.

not much
Room with paint coming off the ceiling. Room with wall to wall carpeting which contains so much dirt that you hesitate to take off your shoes. The hotel was built in the 70ties and seems to need some renovation badly.

The location of the hotel was excellent for exploring Northern Lazio with most destinations being about 1 hour by car.
Hotel is positioned between two busy roads and the rooms are subjected to traffic noise 24 hrs a day. The Hotel told us it does not turn on air conditioning until 1st June. The bathroom had an active ants nest at the time we stayed. The breakfast was adequate.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The lobby of the hotel is huge and comfortable
Water pressure of the shower in the bathroom was limited, having a shower was a real challenge.

Freindly english speaking receptionist, Nice breakfast with great selection of pastries (though coffee a bit ropey). 200 yds from city walls. Plenty of parking space in underground garage, a big carpeted room and our dog could stay. In all a great hotel

The hotel was modern and nicely decorated. Very clean and well kept. The staff were very helpful. I felt very comfortable at this hotel.
It is five minutes outside the city walls and about 15-20 minutes from the heart of the old town.

Easy access to main town and car parking.
Reception staff were very unfriendly and carried on making calls whilst trying to book in. For this reason would never stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the main attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Dorina, who served us a delicious breakfast each morning. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I loved the little terrace where I could relax and enjoy the view. The hotel also had great amenities, including room service that was available 24/7. I was very impressed with the quality of service and the comfort of the room.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It was a wonderful experience and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Convenient location, just outside the old town walls and close to restaurants and attractions. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a good buffet breakfast to start the day. Underground parking was a bonus, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The shower leaked and the air conditioning wasn't working during my stay. Additionally, there was no outdoor seating area and the balcony was too small for more than one chair. a fairly typical hotel experience but with some maintenance issues that could be improved.
